By using the services provided by Laythix, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Acceptable Usage Policy.

1. Service Description

Laythix provides high-performance web hosting, business email, and Virtual Private Server (VPS) solutions. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, all services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Legal Compliance: You agree to use our services in full compliance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
  • Content Restrictions: We strictly prohibit hosting content related to child exploitation, unauthorized copyrighted material, or any content deemed illegal under PECA.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ControlPannel login credentials.

3. Provisioning & SSL

  • Automated vs. Manual: Email and Web Hosting are provisioned instantly upon payment. VPS orders involve manual resource allocation and are typically fulfilled within 12–24 hours during working days.
  • Managed SSL: We utilize advanced security certificates. These are optimized to work behind a DNS proxy (Cloudflare). If you choose to bypass our recommended DNS settings, manual certificate management becomes the user’s responsibility.

4. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

  • Payments: All services are prepaid and tentitive based on average usage. Any adjustment due to high usage of services will reflect after month cycle ends and needs to be paid seperately. While Laythix is keen on committed traffic but due to the nature of PK-RUPEE|US-DOLLAR conversation and our payments to Internation Service Provider, any change of rates by the State bank of Pakistan has to be bear by user and is liable for paying any arreas that are beyond the control of us.
  • Refunds: Incase of a valid refund case put up by user, it will be added to Service Credits only. no cash refunds are provided in anycase. This does not inculde any loss of data.
  • Currency: Payments are processed in PKR. Prices may be adjusted periodically based on international infrastructure cost fluctuations.
  • Suspension: Failure to pay renewal fees within 3 days of the due date will result in automatic service suspension.
  • Termination: Data may be permanently deleted 7 days after the suspension date if the invoice remains unpaid.

5. Data Backups & Liability

  • Backups: Backup Services are provided as per package, it is recommended that user also takes backup of data. kindly contact Support for detials. Incase of any loss laythix is not responsible for any data loss.
  • Termination: Data may be permanently deleted 7 days after the suspension date if the invoice remains unpaid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karachi.
